Similar to "Stream" profile on Big IP. Replace text in server response. Example: Server responds html code with links hardcoded as "http://" prefix, we should be able to input original text: "http://" and newly replaced text: "https://".0

Ability to Advertise CDN Origin in CE
Right now, CDN origin pool/server can only be advertised with public DNS/IP. Could we please open this up so it can also be advertised on CE? This is how WAAP origin pools are.0
