Allow CE debug logs to be uploaded to support cases
Currently it is only possible to attach image or text files no larger than 5MB. Debug logs are tar archives and currently cannot be attached to support cases.0

Ability to Advertise CDN Origin in CE
Right now, CDN origin pool/server can only be advertised with public DNS/IP. Could we please open this up so it can also be advertised on CE? This is how WAAP origin pools are.0
