Add (multi) Contact Field for Support Tickets

There are situations where multiple individuals need to be kept in the loop for support tickets. It would be helpful to have a field to add email addresses for those individuals to a ticket so they have visibility.

      This is an essential feature for any enterprise security product, I am surprised you went into production without it.

      It is very important to have a field to add more recipients who can receive copies of the ticket processing emails
