Right now the email notification is sent only two weeks before the event, it would be very helpful to send this immediately when this is scheduled since two weeks notice is not enough.
Also very important to add a "add to calendar" button. This will simplify the customer experience of working around the scheduled maintenance dates.
We should publish a list with the next 6 month where we plan maintenance, so the customer can plan this better in advance.
