Create a dashboard and maybe a role that has visibility into all namespaces on a tenant, the intended user would be a NOC/SOC engineer. They would be able to see at a glance any services/objects that are in a Green/Yellow/Red state and, if necessary, be able to dig deeper to research the problem.
