If the customer for any reason needs to replace the Public IP address for the tenant, the NetEng team can do it but the tenant refers to the old IP while creating LBs or other elements that use the IP (even after that IP is not longer in the available list of IPs), the request is to remove all references to the old IP so the default action to create a load balancer, for example, doesn't use the old IP instead of the newly one (and only) provided for the tenant.
