Using UI, adding Root CA cert as namespace admin by copy paste cert content.
1. it gets "Network error" just after copy-paste (screenshot-1)
2. click "Add Root CA cerification", got error on top (screenshot-2)
3. click "Add Root CA cerification" again and cert is added.

So all those erros are misleading as cert is valid. Solution provided is: https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K000147979
however it grands so high permissions. Issue should not be seen once only namespace admin is assigned.

Please improve user experience to avoid misleading errors.
