The Filter for Support Requests only matches on substring, support filters for the table header, e.g. Subject, Author, Status and Updated.

Also, please support this in a way that permits saving a bookmark to a specific filter, e.g. /web/workspaces/administration/support/requests?author=Jim%20Bob&Status=neq|Closed would filter on non-closed Support Requests created by Jim Bob.
