We Often find hard to guide customer when tries to configure F5 BIG IP, CIS, NGINX alongside other vendors/platforms (ACI, OCP/HAproxy,VMWARE) and this most of the times will either rely on SE or Professional services which is not an option for many customers in some regions, leading us to fail in projects or PoC where partner/customer cannot reach to success.
Having some sort of AI assistant complex/deep where customer has to provide Context, vendors, QKview of existing config, IP adresses, ports, etc and the expectedoutcome, and the AI assistant (either connected or disconnected) would recommend customer specific deployment reference in a "PS" format report.
This could be monetised as an alternative to PS (cheaper than TAP hours, more flexible ) and leverage specific use case PoC assistant for partners, and offload CSA,SE,SA,PS(free services) and guaranty vendor involvement in early stage.
