A RFE that allows us to track the time when the service policy/LB was selected for edition = Start time, and as part of the solution, a similar feature that allow us to track the time when the service policy/LBs changes have been saved, or the edition was completed = end time, with the ability to type a case number to be able to make reference to it, and also display a drop-down menu to select the category "Tuning request". This information should be available to be used by any of our reporting tools, like Tableau, to calculate the average time for "Tuning request" time.
