When a new SSO user account is created, the email address is used for both the username and for the email address. This is not always workable for organizations where cloud access is managed/regulated by the organization, and distinct user accounts are required.

When creating a SSO user account, please consider allowing the SSO user to be able to specify a unique user account name and email address that are not necessarily the same.
