We would like the option to enable IP Reputation in a monitoring / non-blocking mode.

Following some disruption caused by false-positive blocks due to the brightcloud IP reputation status's, we've had to disable this feature temporarily on our HTTP Load Balancers.

As we are unable to easily verify which traffic would currently be falsely classified without actually performing a block, this means we are currently unable to regain confidence in the feature before re-enabling it.
