When creating a new vNet Site, and using an existing vNet / Subnets (requires using a new RG for Volt Site) some objects are not created or mapped and "destroy" does not honor depends on.
Example: Resource Group created for housing applications and NVAs. Voltmesh deployed as ingress/egress gateway using resources.
sli/slo should be deleted (first) to disassociate from existing vNet.
rt-0 is not created (can see where this might cause issues in existing environments but also breaks things so could use documentation)
security-group is not associated with subnets.
