Implementing something similar to ICE RFC5245 for Site-to-site tunnel establishment
Today CE-to-CE tunnels are in alfabetical order. Would be nice to have a mechanism similar to Interactive Connectivity Establishment for CE-to-CE tunnels. See this for more info: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5245
