When using a DNS based origin server, there is an automatic host header rewrite to change the host header to the value of the configured DNS name.

This does not work for all cases, so it would be good to have an option to disable the rewrite when using the default pool option.

I am aware you can do this with a route listening on "/" (all paths), but it seems unnecessarily complex if there aren't any other routes. It is also harder to see at a glance what origin pool is attached to the LB object.
