An HTTP LB should support a Host header set with an IP address. The current workaround is to set a DNS domain with a wildcard, i.e. "*.8.8.8" but it's not accurate if the tenant has different IP addresses with the same last 3 digit. https://www.f5cloudideas.com/ideas/CNSL-I-615
