Mitigate/Allow List Wildcard

Please add additional functionality to this feature to enable wildcarding for Mitigation and Allow lists.

This would enable granular handling as well as default mitigation/allow lists to be specified.

Additionally this is tied to request 354836 - this is where I was told this did not exist and was sent here.
