Limit the visible IPs in the DDoS dashboard by user
This will help our customer do a more specific separation between their users and making it easier for them to monitor only their respective IPs (subnets), as well as pulling reports.

The current visibility is showing in "Traffic by Network" a summary of all the prefixes (we can see them in prefixes matches).
It would be usefull to be able to display traffic by network only for the selected prefixes, as well as be able to leverage RBAC feature so a user can log in the console and have access to visibility only for the prefixes he's allowed to access.
