We are a global organization with multiple teams supporting F5XC operations. When a case is opened by a Network Engineer in EMEA, the Network Operations Team and other global Network Engineering teams must have immediate visibility into that case—without requiring tenant admin privileges.
This gap is creating critical support failures and is unacceptable for enterprise-level operations. The inability to access case histories is severely undermining our capacity to deliver consistent global support. This issue must be addressed immediately and comprehensively for all enterprise clients.
