Ability to remove expired cert from LB
Currently if a certificate is expired, it's not allowed to change it from the LB config, for example to add a new one or replace it object.
You need to renew the cert but in some cases that's not desired/possible.

Why is it even a feature to stop you from removing the cert. I really want to ask whose idea this was and why they made this a feature. This is a hinderance, it prevents you from updating other certs on the same LB. It can take days for us to generate a new cert to update the expired one JUST TO REMOVE IT!
