I have a customer that has requested the ability to have multiple origin pool servers with different ports. They are currently BIG-IP customers and so they expect this kind of ability. In their case, they want to have multiple FQDN's target the same HTTP LB, and then use Routes to route a given host header to a given pool. Because they can only have 1 target pool in a Route, they would like the ability to have origin pool members with different ports.

I think they would be open to a workaround, such as the ability to have a Route target multiple origin pools. This is admittedly a feature request based on past experience with BIG-IP.
